In December 2022, National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology ECOIND, submitted to the European Commission the endorsement letter on the principles of European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers.
The letter was accepted in January 2023 and application 2023RO46811 was opened.
National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology – ECOIND started the initial phase, to obtain “HR Excellence in Research” award and submitted the documents related to the initial phase of the process in January 2024.
Following the initial assessment, the European Commision Consensus Report was received in March 2024 asking for minor modifications. Documents were updated in accordance with assessors recommendations by the end of April 2024 and then re-submitted to EURAXESS portal in the beginning of May 2024.
The assesors welcome the care for aligning National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology – ECOIND humar resources practices to those of Charter and Code principles and considered that the institute meet all the requirements for using HR Excellence in Research logo, on August 30, 2024 https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/jobs/hrs4r/awarded .
Curently National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology is in the phase of initial action plan implementation.
