Obiectivul general al proiectului: Implementarea elementelor de management integrat al apei pe platformele cu profil de industrie chimica, cu efect de combatere a poluarii resursei naturale -apa- si cu implicarea tuturor factorilor adiacenti interesati de utilizarea eficienta si responsabila a acestei resurse

Obiective specifice:

– Evaluarea performantelor proceselor unitare specifice industriei chimice si recomandari privind reducerea consumurilor de apa, conservarea acestei resurse si crearea unei infrastructuri socio-economice in armonie cu mediul, in zona focala

– Crearea de instrumente manageriale moderne, originale, interactive, pentru managementul integrat al apei, pe o platforma industriala

– Identificarea si implicarea tuturor factorilor interesati in procesele manageriale si decizionale legate de consumul de apa, in zona focala

– Crearea conditiilor de parteneriate mutual profitabile economic, social si sub aspectul reducerii impactului de mediu

Rezultatele proiectului:

– Solutii pentru reducerea consumurilor de apa curata si a costurilor de epurare a apelor uzate in zona focala selectata ca studiu de caz, bazate pe recirculari ale unor fluxuri de ape fara tratari prealabile (ex. sistemul energetic), scenarii de optimizare a consumurilor in diferite conditii (ex. deficit de apa, restrictii impuse de utilizarea in agricultura, posibilitati de transfer intre parteneri etc)

– Aplicatie IT , suport pentru decizia manageriala in scopul optimizarii alocarii resurselor de apa din sistemul VIROMET care include atat consumatori industriali cat si comunitati locale

Potential de replicare/valorificare:

– In toate zonele/bazinele in care platformele industriale mari consumatoare de apa care concura cu mici consumatori, cu comunitatile, exploatatiile agricole

The members of the consortium:

General objective of the project: the implementation of the elements of integrated water management on chemical industrial platforms, resulting in reducing the pollution of a natural resource (water) and by aggregating all stakeholders, interested in efficient and responsible water use

Specific objectives:

– Evaluating the performances of unit operations specific to the chemical industry and recommendations for reducing water consumption, water resource conservation (comparing to BAT documents) and creation of a socio-economical infrastructure in harmony with the environment, in the focal area of the Project

– Generation of modern, original interactive managerial tools for the integrated water management on an industrial platform

– Identification and involvement of all stakeholders having interest in managerial / decision-making processes connected to water use, in the focal area of the Project

– Creating conditions for mutually profitable partnerships (economic, social, as well as in the field of environmental protection and environment impact reduction)

The results of the project:

– Solutions to reduce the consumption of clean water and and the costs of wastewater treatment in selected focal area as a case study, based on recycling of water streams without preliminary treatment (e.g. the energy system),   consumption optimization scenarios under different conditions (e.g. water deficiency, restrictions required by using in agriculture, opportunities to transfer between the partners)

– IT application,  support for the managerial decision in order to optimize the water resources allocation VIROMET system, which includes both industrial users and local communities
