1. Development and authorization of a professional competences assessment and certifications center for adults in the sector of environmental protection – PROMEDIU POSDRU/20/1.4/G/9271
Project conducted between March 2009 and February 2011 in partnership with Employers Association of producers and utilization of industrial equipments for the environmental protection UNIMED (CO), VAPRO- OVP BV from Netherlands and the National Council for the Professional Formation of the Adults CNFPA.
General objective: to ensure the quality of the professional competences evaluation and certification system in environmental protection field through organization and authorization of center for the competences obtained another context than the formal one to meet the labor market demand.
Specific objectives:
– to develop the institutional capacities of Sectoral Committee for validation of previous learning through the development of procedures and work instruments to organize a centre for evaluation and certification competences in the environmental protection field.
– to ensure the operativity of evaluation and certification of professional competencies center by forming a number of 15 sectoral evaluators, experts in elaboration of specific instruments for competences evaluation and previous learning validation, in developed center.
– authorization of evaluation and certification center by CNFPA testing the evaluation instruments through 5 evaluations done by two evaluators for each of the two selected qualifications.
Through this project were certified 2 evaluators of professional competences of INCD ECOIND team.
2. Pro-Competent! Qualifications and Competences Certification for a Sustainable Development – POSDRU/58/1.4/S/32519.
Ongoing project, stated in October 2009 in partnership with: The Sectoral Committee of the Professional Formation in the field of Environmental Protection-CSFPM (CO), The Scottish Authority for the Qualifications –SQA, Athens network of collaborating experts – ANCE, Association of auditors and assessors for the environment in industry ECOEVALIND and SC EURO-LINK CONSULTANTS SRL.
General objective: Improvement the quality of evaluation and certification of professional competences system in the approached sector through development of some evaluation and certification centers for professional competences obtained in a different context than the formal one
Specific objectives:
– development of procedures and work instruments and validation of 2 new occupational standards in the approached domain, support the development and implementation of National Qualifications Frame.
– development of institutional capacities by organizing some centers for the competences evaluation and certification to support the structuring and improvement of certification system of prior learning and formation some sectoral evaluators in approached domain.
Through this project in institute will organize and authorize an evaluation of professional competences center for Environmental responsible occupation.
3. SOMEDIU – Development of the Sectoral Capacity of the Committee for the Professional Formation in the field of the Environmental Protection to support the improvement the quality of the continuous professional formation in Romania – POSDRU/79/1.4/S/53587

General objective: improvement the quality of Continuous Professional Formation system by development the resources center of Sectoral Committee of the Professional
Formation in the field of Environmental Protection (CSFPM) and adaptation to labor market needs by developing 10 new occupational standards (OS) necessary to sector
Specific objectives:
– to ensure the quality in Continuous Professional Formation by anticipating the qualification needs and development of 10 OS for new occupations in environmental protection domain.
– development of institutional capacity of CSFPM to ensure the quality of professional competences formation and evaluation system by professional development of own staff and setting a resources center for CSFPM
Through this project in our institute will be formed 5 experts in elaboration of occupational standards and 5 experts in evaluation of occupational standards.
